Vintage Salon & Day Spa welcomes all walk-in clients upon availability. Scheduled appointments allow our team adequate preparation to serve you better. All appointments require a credit card or gift card to hold the desired time.Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service. The fee for the service will remain the same, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Spa packages and group appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

We respectfully ask clients for at least a 24-hour notice prior to a cancellation. Please take into consideration that our staff and other clients may have requested that appointment time. No shows or cancellations made less than 24-hours from the scheduled service will be charged the full amount of that service.

Vintage Salon & Day Spa is a full service salon for adults and children, however we are not a “childproof” facility nor do we provide childcare. For the safety of your children and other patrons, we respectfully request that all children must be supervised at all times (whether they are receiving services or not) by the parent or person they arrive with until services are complete. Children are not allowed in the spa area of the salon. Damages to the salon or salon property are the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Failure to provide proper supervision may result in the cancellation of services.

If you have any medical issues, allergies, or are on any medications that could interfere with a service, please let the service provider know. If you have any special needs, please let the spa concierge know when making your appointment and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Vintage Salon & Day Spa is a full service salon for adults and young adults (under the age of 18, parental consent is required for services). Children are not permitted in the spa area or to be left unattended. Cell phones must be turned off in the salon/spa areas. We want all of our guests to enjoy their time at Vintage Salon & Day Spa.

Vintage Salon & Day Spa accepts cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards. We are no longer able to accept personal checks.

If you are pleased with your service, gratuities are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. The industry average ranges from 15%-20% for the cost of the service. Gratuities may be applied to credit cards, and debit cards.Prices on products and services are subject to change without notice. This may affect package prices and gift card packages sold prior to the price increase. We will honor any price increase for a package purchase up to two months from date of purchase. After two months the difference due to the price increase must be paid at time of checkout.
