SUNNY is lead stylist at Vintage...a perfect fit as she is a native Hollywood girl, having grown up around the Red Carpet, and feels most at home in long gloves, a gown and stunning jewelry. Sunny is all Femme Fatale mixed with West Coast natural beauty. Professionally, Sunny is an American Board Certified Hair Colorist. Board certification verifies her expertise in state-of-the-art application techniques of hair coloring. She has spent most of her adult life in professional hair styling, a career that includes training with Vidal Sassoon. From the West Coast to the East Coast, as well as owning her own salon in Los Angeles, Sunny instinctually always wanted to style. Sunny believes “the key to where you work has everything to do with one’s proven professional level.” She loves Vintage because of its commitment to providing the best service and its philosophy on using pure, natural and sustainable beauty products. Vintage is an exclusive Davines salon, and Sunny is one of the very few Davines Certified Trainers, having completed multiple international programs with Davines, in both color and hair nourishment.

Sunny especially loves living on the North Shore and exploring the many styles the different seasons bring, from color trends to activities. “A haircut should not be a chore,” she says. “Make your hair appointment be a destination... time to relax, something you truly like to do. She believes that hair styling and color can be “artsy, creative, sculptural, even textural,” and enjoys helping a client incorporate one’s style into one’s life – like coordinating lifestyle and hairstyle for an active tennis player who also works in the corporate world. “Each person is unique,” Sunny says, “and I like to co-create with my clients.” As a passionate professional, Sunny’s clients truly appreciate the many talents she shares with each.
